Reporting live from the Dirty Jerz!

So sorry for the MIA behavior. I have been settling into the new job, moving apartments, figuring out my surroundings, and getting situated.

Megs and I are thrilled with our new place and cannot wait to spend some time decorating and getting the home front in order.

On a totally different mind set- I am inspired... I picked up the old martin last night and started riffing a little bit and coming up with some new ideas. I am back on the East Coast where I can have access to an amazing bass player and drummer.... I cannot express how excited I am to start writing a new album worth of stuff, revamping the old material and getting some good music out to the people of New York.

Matthew Good- the wunderkind from Canada has been rather down, as this year has been rather unkind to him. I have never met the guy- but really feel for what he's been going through. If any of you have the time- check out his blog- and if you feel so inclined- leave him some love.

This was just a quick... I'm back bitches! I will write something more substantive and of actual substance when time permits... Hopefully sooner rather than later...
