Is not only the name of the Bay Area subway and commute system in San Francisco, but also the sound I believe most people make when throwing up. I happen to ponder this because today I am REALLY not feeling well. I was woken from a deep sleep last night around 3AM thinking I was passing a kidney stone. That old familiar fun time pain was searing.. but differently.
I wasn't able to urinate at all until mid morning at work today- and I honestly think I passed a stone at that point. That particular pain has subsided- but my bladder is on 20-minute rotations since that, and won't stop. Additionally- I forgot my badge in Megs car this morning and have been running to the rest room asking co-workers for their badge.. To top this off I have a splitting headache- and feel like I have been run over by a truck..
The short summation of this overall feeling and day...

Ouch, Shaunie - hope this has all passed (not to sound sarcastic or sadistic) - and that you are feeling well again.
